Earth & Co, in collaboration with Kaplan Middle East, designed and delivered a custom-made two-day program on ESG & Sustainable Asset Operations for petroleum engineers in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia.
Tailored specifically to the realities of upstream operations, the program explored how ESG commitments translate into practical engineering decisions across the asset lifecycle. Key topics included carbon-intensity modelling, energy and water efficiency, emissions reduction, sustainable decision-making during FEED, field electrification, and the trade-offs between production, cost, reliability and environmental performance.
Through technical frameworks, real industry examples and interactive exercises, participants examined how everyday engineering decisions can directly influence both asset performance and ESG outcomes.
