We had the honor of delivering the Future-Proof Leadership Program for Women in Kazakhstan as part of The TechCamp Program in collaboration with the National Alumni Network of Kazakhstan.
TechCamp is a program under the US State Department’s Civil Society initiative that connects civil society organizations across the globe with new & emerging technology resources to solve real world challenges and build capacity. TechCamps are hands-on, participant-driven programs which are focused on results, with participants identifying real-world challenges and working in partnership with trainers to apply solutions to these challenges.
The program brought together brilliant young women eager to shape the future of Central Asia, and their depth of thinking and strategic mindset were truly inspiring. Together, we explored the megatrends shaping businesses worldwide, strategies to navigate disruption, key trends to embrace, and the foundations of personal resilience in leadership.
