Earth&Co was proud to participate in the Beyond Profit Forum, a high-level forum held in Saudi Arabia and organized by the National Center for the Non-Profit Sector. The forum brought together leaders from the non-profit sector, business, finance, policy, and academia to explore how impact-driven models can create sustainable value beyond traditional profit-making approaches.
The forum explored opportunities for the non-profit sector, while also showcasing innovative models that embed impact at the very heart of organizational activity. Through thought-provoking panels and expert-led discussions, participants examined new pathways for scalable impact, cross-sector collaboration, and the evolving role of purpose, innovation, and governance in driving long-term societal value.
Earth&Co’s Founder, Ms. Melina Taprantzti actively contributed to the forum in several key capacities. She participated as a panelist and moderator in two panels, where discussions focused on innovative profit pathways to scalable impact, the intersection between purpose and performance, and how organizations—across sectors—can design models that deliver measurable impact while remaining financially sustainable.
In addition, Ms. Taprantzi served as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Beyond Profit Forum, contributing to the intellectual design and overall structure of the program. In this role, she worked alongside other experts to help shape the forum’s themes, curate high-quality discussions, and ensure the program addressed both strategic and practical dimensions of impact-driven transformation.
Earth&Co’s participation in the Beyond (Profit) Forum reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing future-fit leadership, innovative impact models, and sustainability-driven transformation across the region and beyond. We are honored to have contributed to this important dialogue and to support the continued evolution of the non-profit and impact ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
