Earth and Co. is proud to have partnered with Informa Middle East to design and deliver the Executive Leadership Program for Women at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
As part of JHAH’s ongoing investment in leadership development, the program brought together 30 women leaders for an intensive and practical learning experience.
The program focused on breaking the glass ceiling, tackling unconscious bias, navigating change management, and building a structured approach to career success. Participants also explored personal branding, influencing without authority, and the latest leadership trends in the healthcare sector.
With a hands-on, results-driven approach, attendees gained practical tools and techniques to strengthen their leadership impact, drive organizational success, and contribute to the future of healthcare leadership.
