The Sustainability & ESG Foundations programme, jointly developed by Earth and Co and Kaplan, represents a new approach to ESG education in the region. The curriculum blends global standards with sector-specific and GCC-focused insights, offering a structured pathway for professionals to understand how sustainability and ESG principles shape strategy, risk, governance and decision-making.
A core feature of the programme is its integration of real-world case studies, practical frameworks and regionally relevant examples, allowing learners to connect high-level ESG concepts with the operational realities of their industries. The programme also stands out for its multi-layered structure: a comprehensive foundation module supported by additional sectoral and GCC modules, reflecting the growing need for context-specific ESG competence across different fields. It is also built on a state-of-the-art learning platform, integrating videos, engaging content, and AI-powered interaction, and it provides an accredited certificate.
